Chris Nicholson is a Brisbane based furniture designer and maker. Chris joined Mast as a partner in 2022.

Prior to Mast, Chris worked under the name Forest Furniture, a business he founded in 2014. With this, Chris established himself as one of the most talented designer/makers in Australia and quickly gained an industry wide reputation for producing high quality production furniture. Chris has an in-depth knowledge of woodworking and a keen interest in the integration of new technology with craft.

Chris has lead the design development and production of several large scale projects, the latest of which being for the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
